Project Reports

Project reports give you an operational snapshot of what is happening on a construction site -- daily activity, worker performance, and financial metrics all rolled up at the project level.

Manager's Project Report

Each project manager gets access to a daily report for the projects they are assigned to:

Daily Overview

  • Total workers assigned to the project
  • Workers present today -- how many actually showed up
  • Workers absent -- who did not come in
  • Total hours worked across everyone who was present
  • Average hours per worker

Today's Advances

This is a critical daily metric that shows:

  • Which workers are due for their daily base advance today
  • How much each worker should receive
  • The total amount that needs to be distributed for the day
  • A breakdown by worker with their individual advance amounts

Attendance Breakdown

  • Workers with complete attendance (both arrival and departure)
  • Workers who only checked in (no departure yet)
  • Workers with pending verifications
  • Workers who fell below the minimum hours

Admin Reports

Attendance Reports

  • Filter by project, date range, worker, or status
  • See aggregate numbers like total records, verified versus pending versus rejected counts, average hours worked, and overtime distribution

Payment Reports

  • Which workers are due for payment (cycle ended but not yet paid out)
  • Full payment history with filters
  • Big-picture payment statistics: total gross earnings, total advances distributed, total loans deducted, total net payments processed, and how many workers have a negative balance

Per-Project Analytics

  • Hours worked on each project over time
  • How well the workforce is being utilized
  • Advance distribution across projects
  • How much project stoppages have cost

Data Export

Reports can be exported for external analysis and record-keeping, including Excel exports for payment and attendance data.
