Project-Level Reports
Project reports pull together attendance, payment, and operational data at the project level. They give managers and admins a clear picture of how each construction site is performing.
Daily Project Summary
Available to managers (for their projects) and admins (for all projects):
- Worker Attendance Count -- How many of the assigned workers actually showed up
- Total Hours Worked -- The combined hours across everyone who was present
- Average Hours Per Worker -- Total hours divided by the number of present workers
- Overtime Hours -- How much overtime was logged that day
- Pending Verifications -- How many worker submissions are still waiting for approval
- Stoppages -- Whether the project had a stoppage that day
Daily Advances Summary
A financial snapshot of daily advance distribution:
- Total advances due today
- How much each worker should receive
- Which workers have been marked as present and are eligible for advances
- A running total of advances distributed in the current payment cycle
Stoppage Impact
For projects that have dealt with stoppages:
- How many stoppage days occurred in a given period
- Total stoppage payments that were distributed
- Per-worker stoppage payment details
- A comparison of productive days versus stoppage days
Workforce Utilization
- Total assigned workers versus the daily attendance rate
- How consistently each worker shows up
- Workers who are shared across multiple projects
Financial Summary
Per-project financial numbers over a date range:
- Total regular earnings generated
- Total overtime earnings generated
- Total daily advances distributed
- Average daily labor cost
- Cost breakdown by worker type
